On July 4th we will visit the studio of artist Faria van Creij-Callender for a behind-the-scenes look into her studio, a conversation with the artist and drinks

Faria van Creij-Callender  is a visual artist currently based in Amsterdam. She graduated in 2023 from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, won the Royal Award for Modern Painting in 2024, and was named a Rising Star in visual arts by NRC in 2025. Since January, Faria has also been serving as an ambassador for Young Stedelijk.

During this studio visit, we’ll have a conversation with Faria about her creative process and working methods, and the artist will give us a behind-the-scenes look into her studio. Drinks and a selection of snacks will be provided throughout the evening.
