The Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam has launched a new restaurant concept: TEN – Good Food Café. On 10 October the museum is hosting a three-day event, Fred x Stedelijk – the culinary experience to celebrate the opening of the new restaurant.

On 10, 11 and 12 October Freddy Tratlehner will be serving a four-course dinner including amuses bouches of typical local dishes spiced with festive Mexican flavours. Freddy Tratlehner, known as part of the hip-hop group De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig, is the latest culinary sensation with Lekker Fred. Each week he releases videos with recipes featuring unusual ingredient pairings. He recently published a cook book that also goes by the title Lekker Fred.

TEN – Good Food Café is open every day. Its name refers to the museum’s street number. TEN offers a menu for everyone and everything. From all-day breakfast to cocktail snacks, from yummy vegetarian options to taste-tingling cocktails. Imagine a taco with pulled jackfruit, a veggie bowl of flatbread with roast pumpkin…
