We can imagine you would like to know what you can do if you have already have ticket(s) for the museum:
- Have you bought a (paid) ticket?
Your ticket will stay valid. It is necessary though to book a new time slot after the museum re-opens. You can do that by choosing the option "I already have an entrance ticket/card/voucher" in our ticket shop. Please keep your current ticket and bring it with you when you visit the museum.
- Do you have a free ticket (like a MuseumCard or MemberCard)?
Your reservation will be cancelled. You can make a new reservation when we re-open and choose the time slot you prefer.
Your ticket(s) are valid for a year. Unfortunately, the Stedelijk Museum can not give any refunds for tickets that have already been bought.
Do you have any further questions about your ticket(s)? Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
As the Stedelijk Museum is closed again, it's not possible to buy a ticket until further notice. After this period, you can visit the Stedelijk Museum by reserving a time slot on a specific date by buying an online ticket beforehand. This also applies if you have a Museumkaart, Member card or other discount card. For more info and to make a reservation, please visit our Ticket page. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation by phone. We are looking forward to your visit!
