We don’t refund money for purchased tickets. Tickets are valid for a year after purchase.

If you are not able to come on the day for which you purchased a ticket, please let us know at reserveringen@stedelijk.nl at least 48 hours in advance or have the date of your ticket(s) changed at the museum. Please include the following information:

  • Date and (if applicable) start time of original ticket
  • Desired date and (if applicable) start time
  • Name with which ticket is reserved
