In her former positions as Managing Director for a European Publishing Group and as Business development advisor at EdenSpiekermann, she has worked for organisations such as DaimlerChrysler Europe, the Royal Dutch Academy of Science, the City counsellor of Culture in Siena, and the Berliner Philharmonic.

In her position as Head of Business Development and Outreach of the European Cultural Foundation (ECF) she has been leading an international team of experienced professionals in Fundraising, Sponsoring, Partnership Development and Communication. As a member of the strategic leadership team, Enrica played a key role in making the ECF visible in Europe and in increasing the financial base of the organisation.
