Every Saturday and Sunday afternoon, you can join a 15-minute introductory lecture on the exhibition Kirchner and Nolde: Expressionism. Colonialism. This short lecture provides insight into the interplay between Expressionism and colonialism. The close connection between the work of Kirchner and Nolde and the colonial reality in which it originated will be the main focus of this introduction.
